Getting Started with RoomTimers

Welcome to RoomTimers! This guide will help you get started with our real-time timer management system for healthcare practices.

What is RoomTimers?

RoomTimers is a professional timer management system that helps healthcare practices track treatment times across multiple rooms and devices. All timers sync in real-time, so your entire team stays on the same page.

First Login

  1. Navigate to https://app.roomtimers.com
  2. Click Sign in with Google
  3. Select your work Google account
  4. You'll be automatically logged in!

Note: Make sure to use the Google account associated with your organization. If you see a "No Access" screen, contact your administrator.

Main Dashboard

After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with:

  • Active Timers - All currently running timers
  • Room List - Available treatment rooms
  • Quick Actions - Start new timer button
  • Connection Status - Shows your real-time connection (green = connected)

Your First Timer

  1. Click the + New Timer button
  2. Select a Room from the dropdown
  3. Choose a Provider (optional)
  4. Enter the Duration (e.g., 30 minutes)
  5. Click Start Timer

That's it! Your timer is now running and visible to your entire team.

Quick Tips

  • ✅ Timers sync automatically across all devices
  • ✅ You can pause and resume timers at any time
  • ✅ Expired timers show in red to grab your attention
  • ✅ Clear timers when treatment is complete
